• FIRST-TIME CLIENT OR ARE ADDING A NEW CHILD: If this is your  first time requesting assistance from our diaper bank — you are on the correct page. Please fill out the waitlist form below. If and when we are able to add new clients to the diaper bank, we will notify in the order in which we received requests via the email you provide. You must be a resident of Ventura County.​​​​

Please do NOT submit multiple requests to the wait list and please do NOT submit a "returning client" form. Doing so may cause delays and/or disqualification.
