 The other day, after receiving a message from a local mom of three boys in need of food, we reached out to one of our local mom groups, Moms of Conejo Valley, for assistance in collecting donations. In addition to the amazing and supportive response from women in our community who were quick to offer diapers, food, and grocery store gift cards, we walked away with handful of resources that everyone should know about.

 CCO President Andrea has created a week meal plan complete with dinner recipes, and lunch and breakfast considerations. This meal plan is portioned to accommodate a family of four. The prices are good at Sprouts through Wednesday! We hope you enjoy!
