Did you know that no government safety net organization provides diapers for babies in need? Did you know that a common stumbling block for mothers hoping to get back to work is the inability to front to a daycare a full week of disposable diapers?
It is estimated that newborns go through 10 diapers a day. That’s approximately 300 diapers a month in the early months. A review of multiple articles and studies led us to settle on an average of 2,700-3,000 diapers a year in the first year. Varying on brand of diapers (plus wipes), on average families are spending nearly an estimated $1,000/year on diapers.
Conejo Community Outreach endeavors to help solve this issue for local families in need of diaper and wipe assistance via our community diaper bank, made possible thanks to a combination of diaper and monetary donations from generous local families.

Are you, or someone you know, in need of diapers because the end of the month is tight or other financial struggles have hit? Please email [email protected] and be sure to include your child’s (or children's) diaper size(s) and any pertinent allergies.

We accept loose diapers as well as brand new boxes. Wipes must be unopened.

All diapers and wipes are distributed to local Conejo Valley families, adhering to our mantra -- our community is stronger when all residents are appropriately fed, clothed...and diapered.
